Strange Sundays and Interviewing Sources

You wake up and you roll over—it is Sunday, after all. You read in bed for a while, luxuriating in the blissful feeling of having nowhere in particular to be. You finally pull yourself from the warmth of your sheets to eat your toast and drink your coffee, standing in the kitchen, an episode of Friends chattering in the background. You shower. You dress. You tidy up, call your mom. You glance
at the clock: 11 a.m. Now what? I’ve struggled with Sundays for most of my adult life. This is probably because I am an anxious person and anxious people have anxiety about things, often irrational things like the heavy sight of even one unread email in my inbox (bold, yuck!) and whether the soles of my new sneakers are getting too dirty and what the heck to do with my free time.
